Steps

Pressure cook ripe guava to one whistle.
- 2
Grind in mixer and the sieve the guava paste.
- 3
Take equal quantities of guava pulp and sugar.
- 4
In a non stick pan take guava pulp, sugar, colour, lemon juice and butter.
- 5
Mix well.
- 6
Cook on medium flame till the mixer starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- 7
Add remaining butter to have extra shine.
- 8
Pour in a greased pan, level with a spoon and let it set overnight.
- 9
Cut into cubes or any shape u want.
