In a kadhai add ghee and besan. Roast it till golden brown colour. Now add sugar and again mix well. Stir continuously till it becomes thicker. grease the plate with ghee and pour all the besan mixture in the plate. Let it be set on room temperature after that cut it into the pieces and serve.
