Whisk whipped cream. And add pineapple essence in it.

Make sugar syrup by dissolving sugar in half cup of water.

Cut buns from the center.

Now apply sugar syrup with brush on the first piece.

Then apply whipped cream over it.

Then keep second bun over it and repeat the same process.

Again repeat the same process with the next bun piece.

At last apply whipped cream overall.

Add colour in the rest of the whipped cream and fill in cone and decorate cake.

In last decorate with tutti fruitti.

Bun cake is ready.
