Take a mixing bowl or thali now add rice flour, 1tsp oil, wheat flour some salt mix nicely add little by little lukewarm water knead it make smooth dough now cover and rest for 20 min keep aside

Now take a lemon size portion of the dough and make a ball shape now roll it thick layer make puri shape then put on prepared mixture and stuff it

Just like a gujiya shape then press and seal it from edge now drop in hot water

Now cover and cook for 20 min on lower flame

Pithaa is ready when a poked knife comes out clean

Now turn off the flame and remove the bowl and rinse it cold water

When cool down cut in to pieces and serve it
