Take a bowl add all ingredients and mix it and make the better.

A simple trick for fluffy dhokla: beat the batter well. The more you beat the better more air is incorporated in the batter,resulting in soft spongy dhokla.

Just remember to beat the better before adding eno. After adding eno don't let the batter sit for a long while. Steam it for 4,5 minutes in microwaves.

When a little cool cut into squares and keep in a serving bowl.

Now take a deep pan heat the oil.

Now add mustard seeds,green chilli and saute it.

Now add the sugar,water,salt and mix it and boil it for 2-3 minutes.

When water is little cool then add the dhokla pieces in it for 30 minute.
