3Potatoes
1Onion - (medium size)
1 tspCoriander leaves (chopped)
2Green Chillies (chopped)

1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 cupGram Flour

Boil 3 medium size potatoes.

Let it cool and peel off.

Mashed potatoes and add chopped Onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.

Make 4 oval shape equal balls.

Boil eggs and peel off.

Cut each egg lengthwise from middle.

Flatten potato balls from your hand.

Keep egg piece on potato ball and cover it from potato mixture totally.

Make a batter from gram flour, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and water.

Dip each egg potato balls in batter and fry them till golden in colour.
