Heat oil add sliced onion saute for a minute add tomatoes

Cook till tomatoes gets mushy

Add cubed potatoes with green peas and green chillies cook till potatoes and peas are almost done

Add Turmeric and salt with fenugreek leaves and cook till done

Serve with phulkas
