  • 1chopped ginger
  • 1green chilli
  • dry red chilli
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • dry spices

    Boil potatoes & mash with fingers.add salt finely chopped onion ginger chili.

    Now heat oil n crackle mustard seeds cumin seed and red chili.

    Transfer potatoes mixture in serving bowl n pour tadka. Tasty aloo chokha is ready to serve.
