  2. અડધૉ કપ ઑટસ
  3. બે ચમચી ધી
  4. અડધૉ કપ ખાંડ
  5. અડધી ચમચી એલચી પાઉડર
  6. ચારૉળી

    એક પેન મા દુધ ગરમ કરૉ હવે તેમા ખાંડ એડ કરી સતત હલાવતા રહૉ

    ઑટસ ને ધી મા શેકીલૉ હવે ધી મા શેકેલા ઑટસ ને દુધ મા નાંખી ને બરાબર મીક્ષ કરી લૉ હવે તેમા એલચી પાઉડર એડ કરી ને ગેસ બંધ કરી લૉ આ ખીર ઠંડી થાય એટલે એક કાચ ના બાઉલ મા લઈ ને ચારૉળી થી ગાનિશ કરૉ
