At first, clean the inner part of the fishes and wash them thoroughly afterwards.

Now, take the fishes in a bowl and mix them with ginger garlic paste, tumeric powder,salt, black pepper and coriander leaves. Keep them for 5/6 minutes to get chill.

Just quickly wash the inside of the bamboo tubes with water and fill it with the fishes carefully and at the side of end close it tightly with banana leaves.

Now, put those bamboo tubes on a medium flame for an hour or till the outer side becomes gray.

Let the bamboo tubes get cool and gently take out the fishes and they are ready to serve.
