Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kgChicken
  • 5Tomatoes
  • 8Garlic finely chopped
  • cloves
  • 2 tspGinger finely chopped
  • 8Dried round chillies
  • cupYogurt (whipped) I
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspNigella seeds
  • 3Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tspDried raw mango powder
  • 10Green chillies (large)
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • Stuffing Ingredients:
  • 2 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds
  • Lemon2
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dost all stuffing Ingredients except lemons on iron griddle,grind,add lemon juice

  2. 2

    Slit green chillies length wide and stuff with this masala

  3. 3

    Add yogurtin bowl add chicken,fennel seeds, coriander seeds,dried raw mango powder,,red chilled,g.g finely chopped, turmeric powder put a side

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pot and fry onions golden

  5. 5

    Now add yogurt with chicken and cook on medium flame until oil comes out

  6. 6

    Blended tomatoes add in chicken fry until oil came out

  7. 7

    Add chillies on it put on dum for 10 min with 1 cup of hot water

  8. 8

    Sprinkle nigella seeds and serve with roti,naan enjoy
