Boil the potatoes and keep aside.

Meanwhile in a chopper chop together the fresh coriander, onion and green chillies.

In a big mixing bowl add the potatoes, onion mixture and all the spices.

Give a good mix along with mashing the potatoes.

Now in a bowl add some bread crumbs and in another bowl add some water. You can replace water with 2 beaten eggs.

With the help of a rolling pin, roll each bread slice. You can cut out the edges if you want.

Then add 1 tbsp of potato mixture and give shape with the help of water.

Coat with water/ egg and dip into bread crumbs for a nice coat.

Shallow fry in medium pre heated oil on medium flame.

Serve hot with tea and ketchup.
