  • 2large carrots
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspcrushed ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbspmargarine
  • Chopped dhania for garnish

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and chop the carrots to desired shapes equally

    Boil the carrots on medium heat till al dante. Drain.

    Melt margarine together with the ginger. Add the sugar and stir.

    Pour in the carrots and toss
