Method-Prepare the dough....
Mix flour,salt, oil ajwain and water to make a soft pliable dough (not sticky), let it set as you prepare the stuffing - 2
Prepare the stuffing...
Add coriander seeds, grated coconut, dry red chilli and sesame seeds in a pan and dry roast them over low flame until nice aroma comes for approx. 2-minutes. - 3
Transfer them to a plate and let them cool for 3-4 minutes

Grind them with roasted peanuts in a grinder and make a fine masala powder.

Heat oil in same pan over medium flame

Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.

Add chopped onion and crushed garlic, sauté until onion becomes light pink.

Now add grind masala and mix well and cool them.

Now divide the prepared dough in to small size ball.

Take dough ball and roll with rolling pin. Make a small rotti and place 1tbsp of prepared stuffing on the center

Cover from all sides,dust from flour and roll again to make a proper paratha.

Make sure stuffing should not come out.

Heat a tawa and dizzle few drop of oil.

Place the stuffed paratha gently on the tawa and toast from both side by greasing oil

Serve hot with green chutney.
