Heat milk and add lime jello and marshmallows, stir well.

Beat in cream cheese. Stir in pineapple. Cool about 1/2 hour.

Add mayo, mix this very well, you should not see white at all.

Beat whipping cream in a separate bowl, peaks should form from the beaters. Add whipping cream to the mixture, mix well.

Oil jello mold a little, so it comes out easy. Add to mold and refrigerate.
