Cut the taro into pieces and steam until soft, then mash.

Mix all the flours with water until smooth.

Add the steamed taro to the mixture and stir well.

Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish and steam in a rice cooker. Add 1 cup of water to the outer pot. When the switch pops up, let it sit for a few more minutes before serving.
