Ingredients

  1. 1onion sliced
  2. 2tsps chopped garlic
  3. 2 tbspschopped ginger
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 1/2lime juiced
  6. 8 tbspsdessicated coconut blended in 1/2 pint water
  7. Chicken sliced precooked or diced uncooked
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspavocado oil
  10. Pepper
  11. 1 tbspcoconut aminos

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion garlic and ginger in the avocado oil for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Add the turmeric then the chicken and cook for 2 further minutes

  3. 3

    Add the lime juice, coconut aminos and the coconut milk.

  4. 4

    Heat through and cook in a slow cooker for 4 -6 hours. Serve with rice.
