At first,grate coconut and koya

Take a pan with koya,coconut and jaggery in gas.

Mix all of them in pan and saute it.

When the mixture will sticy then keep it in plate.

Take small portion from it.

Make balls and flat it in palm.

Then,make a batter with rice flour,flour and salt

Put water carefully and make smooth batter.

Then dip the flat jaggery coconut mixture in batter.

Then,put it in tempt oil in pan

Fry it from both side

Keep it in plate.

Make a jaggery mix milk and boil it.

Put the fried pitha in it and boil 5 min.

Then,after soaking milk, the pitha will soft.

Then,off the gas and keep it normal place.

After that,ready the milk gukul pitha and serve it.
