Steps

Take a non stick pan. Add ghee and seviya. Fry till it becomes light brown in colour.Then add sugar, milk powder and little milk. Mix..properly and cook till it becomes dry.

In a plate. Add maida, salt. Mix well. Add limited water and make a smooth dough. Keep aside. Take a small ball from the dough. Roll it like a poori. Take a gujiya mould. Put the poori in the mould. stuff the mixture and close the mould.

Press gently and take the gujiya from the mould. Repeat the same procedure.Once it is done. Keep aside.

Now it is ready for deep frying. Heat oil in kadai. Place the gujiya one by one and fry till it becomes brown in colour.

Now the gujiya is ready to dip in the milk. Heat pan add milk and boil it. After boiling add condensed milk. Boil it till it is thick.

Place the gujiya in a serving plate. Pour the milk over it. Garnish with sliced almonds and sliced cashew nuts. Now it is Ready to serve Seviya Pitha
