Green Peas Masal with rice

Take a pan add onion and roast it till get it colour change. Then take mixer jar add onion, ginger, garlic red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala add little water and make a paste.

Now take out that onion masala paste in plate. in same mixer jar add tomatoes and make a paste keep a side.

In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute onion paste for 10 minutes. after onion masala will release oil add tomatoes paste and saute 5 minutes.

Now add 1 cup water and stir well.
add in 1 cup peas and stir well. cover and cook for 10 minutes and add 1 tsp salt. - 5
Now add 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tsp kasuri methi.
finally, enjoy matar masala with roti or rice.
