Ingredients

  • 1 cupCauliflower cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1Capsicum Chopped
  • 1 cupbeans
  • 2 cuppeel Potato and cut pieces
  • 1 1/2 cupfinally chopped onion
  • 3 tsplemon juice
  • 2big tamoto chopped
  • 2 tspginger paste
  • 2 tspgarlic paste
  • 2 tspGreen Chilli Chopped
  • 3 tbspPav Bhaji Masala
  • 2 tspKashmiri Lal mirch
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tbspfresh chopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables and add them in a pressure cooker.Add a cup of water and some 1 tbs pavbuaji power and pressure cook for 3 whistle

    Remove the pressure cooker from heat and let the pressure release and keep aside.

    Heat butter in a karahi.Add onion, ginger paste and garlic paste and fry till onion turns brown.Add the cooked vegetables in the karahi and mix well.

    Add green chillies and tomatoes and ½ cup of water and cook for 2-3 minutes.Now add red chilli powder and Pav bhaji masala and cook for a minute.

    Mash the Pav Bhaji using a potato masher till it is all mushy and mixed very well.

    Keep adding little water if the Pav Bhaji thickens and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium low heat.Add lemon juice, and coriander and mix well.

  7. 7

    Garnish with fresh coriander and butter.Serve hot with a butter, chopped onions and slightly toasted and buttered Pav.
