First of all take a cotton cloth, put all chopped vegetables and steamed it in steamer cover it for 4-5 minutes then switch off the flame.

Now wood sticks dip in cool water.

Now take a bowl put boil, grated potatoes, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste, steam vegetables and add all spices, lemon juice mix it well.

Now make long rolls from this mixture and insert the wood sticks politely, press it with palm.

Now heat a pan with little oil, put 2-3 kabab, roasted all sides till golden brown. All kabab do ready for same method.
