Steps

Take a bowl. Put ragi flour, semolina, rice flour, yogurt, onions, ginger, green chillies, jeera, curry patta, coriander leaves and mix well.

Add water and make the flowing consistency. Keep aside for 20 mins.

Take a fry pan grease it with oil.

Pour the batter and let it cook. When done flip the side and cook on the other side.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
