  • 4eggs
  • Tomatoes 2(blended)
  • Onions in plenty
  • Dhania
  • Salt, black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Bit the eggs

  2. 2

    Fry the eggs

  3. 3

    Remove the eggs and cut them into cubes

  4. 4

    To the sause pan add onions and oil

  5. 5

    Fry until brown and add the blended ripe tomatoes

  6. 6

    Cook till tender and add the cubed egges

  7. 7

    Fry and add Dhania as garnish

  8. 8

    Serve with hot ugali 😋
