In a bowl add water, sugar and yeast and whisk well. Add milk powder and flour and make a dough. Rub oil to the dough and cover with cling film and leave it in warm place to prove for an hour or until it doubles in size.

Melt the butter and add oregano, garlic, chilli flakes and coriander and mix well.

Knead lightly on floured surface and roll it in round shape with 1/2 inch thickness.
Brush the melted butter on the base leaving an inch around. Sprinkle mozzarella on half and fold. Press the sides to lock. Brush the remaining butter on top and make slits across. Bake for 15 minutes on 180 degree or until golden brown. Let it cool for few minutes. Enjoy. - 5
