Parboil your pasta and keep aside, boil your meat with onion,spices nd keep aside

Put oil in a clean pot,add in ur onion,add in your meat,spices,targu, tattasai,and all the ingredients listed above minus the pasta

Stir well, add some water, allow to boil little then add in your pasta and cook for 5mns
