Steps

Taka a bowl put chicken wings, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Yogurt,
Red chilli powder, White pepper, Roasted Zeera powder, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala, Red chilli Sauce then mix the all ingredients. - 2
Take a bowl add Maida, Corn flour powder, Egg,Water (as required to make liquid paste) slowly slowly stir spoon and make paste.

Take a bowl add maida and Chaat Masala and mix the ingredients. Dry batter is Ready.

Take a Manirate Chicken then
STEP 2
Dip in Wet Batter then
STEP 3
Dip in Dry Batter then
STEP 4
Dip in Water
STEP 5
Again Dip in Dry Batter then
STEP 6
Fry in low warm Oil
REPEAT THIS ALL STEP FOR MANIRATE CHICKEN - 5
Chicken wings gravy Take a pan add butter, garlic chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cook it until bubbles comes up. Then add fried chicken in it and cook for 3-4 minute at high flame.
Buffalo wings is ready
