Ingredients

  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. Salt as your taste
  6. 2 tbspYogurt
  7. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  8. White pepper half tsp
  9. Roasted Zeera powder half tsp
  10. Chaat Masala half tsp
  11. Garam Masala half tsp
  12. 2 tbspRed chilli Sauce
  13. Wet Better
  14. 5 tbspMaida
  15. 3 tbspCorn flour powder
  16. 1Egg
  17. Water (as required to make liquid paste)
  18. Dry Batter
  19. 1. Maida 500 gram
  20. 2. Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
  21. chicken wings gravy
  22. 1 tbspButter
  23. 6 tbspGarlic chilli sauce ketchup
  24. 5-6 tbspTomato Ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Taka a bowl put chicken wings, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Yogurt,
    Red chilli powder, White pepper, Roasted Zeera powder, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala, Red chilli Sauce then mix the all ingredients.

    Take a bowl add Maida, Corn flour powder, Egg,Water (as required to make liquid paste) slowly slowly stir spoon and make paste.

    Take a bowl add maida and Chaat Masala and mix the ingredients. Dry batter is Ready.

  4. 4

    STEP 1
    Take a Manirate Chicken then
    STEP 2
    Dip in Wet Batter then
    STEP 3
    Dip in Dry Batter then
    STEP 4
    Dip in Water
    STEP 5
    Again Dip in Dry Batter then
    STEP 6
    Fry in low warm Oil
    REPEAT THIS ALL STEP FOR MANIRATE CHICKEN

    Chicken wings gravy Take a pan add butter, garlic chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cook it until bubbles comes up. Then add fried chicken in it and cook for 3-4 minute at high flame.
    Buffalo wings is ready
