Steps

Wash and soak rice for minimum 20 minutes. Boil in an open vessel with salt and little oil. Drain excess water and let it cool down.

Take a deep vessel heat oil put bay leaf, coriander seeds and finely chopped fresh/green garlic, sliced onions and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Now add diced carrots, potatoes and cabbage, green peas one by one and stir fry all.. sprinkle some salt and cook with covered lid for few minutes.

Meanwhile, stir fry paneer cubes and keep aside. Now check if vegetables are cooked than then sprinkle garam masala, turmeric powder and some red chilli powder. Mix well and add the boiled rice. Mix gently with A fork and let it simmer for few minutes. Add the paneer cubes. Sprinkle some fried rice masala and mix gently.

Now take it in A serving plate. Arrange the pulao in A heart shape. Garnish with cashews, raisins and grated paneer. Enjoy the lip-smacking pulao.
