Ingredients

1 bowlmandakki/puffed rice
1finely chopped onion
1finely chopped tomato
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2grated carrot
2 tbsp peanuts
1chopped green chilli
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspchaat masala
to tasteSalt
1 tsp coconut oil

Steps

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mandakki /puffed rice and warm it.

Now add red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala.

Add roasted Peanuts.

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, tomato, grated carrot and green chilli in it.

Mix and serve immediately.
