Indias famous street food Pav bhaji

At first in a pressure cooker pour 2 cup water with carrot, gobi, beans, peas, potato and salt.

Pressure cook for 1 whistles or until vegetables softens.now
transfer the pressure cooked veggies into a large bowl. - 3
Now in a kadai heat 2 tbsp butter now add 1 onion and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. saute well.

Then add capsicum and saute until it softens slightly.nowadd tomato and saute until it turns soft.

Now add turmeric,chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and cook for about 30 second.

Now in to this add our boiled and mashed vegetables, ½ tsp salt.

Mix and mash well making sure everything is well combined.Now add 1 cup water adjusting consistency as required.

Cook for 5,6 minutes. coriander and 1 tsp lemon juice. mix well.

Now To toast the pav, heat 1 tsp butter and saute pav bhaji masala powder,.slice 2 pav into half and aply butter.
toast slightly until the pav turns warm. - 10
Finally, serve and enjoy pav bhaji topped with more grated paneer.
