I made it many many times .Every time i love to eat this chinese gravy .My most favourite chinese dish.#CHINESE.

Steps

Marinate chicken with salt,blk pappar corn flour,all purpose flour,egg for 30 minutes.deep fry.Remove from pan when golden brown.

Add oil in pan,add garlic fry 30 second.Add capsicum and onion fry 30 more second.Add salt,blk pappar,soya sauce, vinegar,chilli sauce and katchup.

Add 1 and half cup chocken stock.Now add corn flour mox in half cup of water.cook for 30 second.

Now add fried chicken cook for 1 minute turn off the heat.

Chicken manchurian is ready to serve.garnish with green onions.Serve with chicken fried rice.
