Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsovernight soaked chickpeas
  • 2 cupsfrozen mixed veg
  • 6 cupswater
  • 1 cuppearl barley
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 1 tspsalt (or to taste)
  • 3 tbstomato paste
  • 1/4 tsppaprika
  • to tastePepper
  • 1 tbsall purpose seasoning
  • 1vegetable cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything in the Instant pot

  2. 2

    Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure and cook for 22 minutes

  3. 3

    Natural release steam for 20 minutes
