Ingredients

5persons..
  • 2.5 cuprice
  • 1carrot
  • 1/4 cupcabbage
  • 1capsicum
  • 1egg
  • Pinchorange food colour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspwhite pepper
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspchicken powder
  • 1/4 cupspring onion(white)
  • 2 clovesgarlic crushed

Steps

    Crushed garlic and cut spring onion white part..

    Cut carrot,cabbage and capsicum (jullian form)..

    Beat egg with orange food colour..

    Boil rice accordingly and set a side..

    Now in a pot heat oil(3 tbsp)..

    Add garlic and spring onion..fry for a min..

    When aroma start and beaten egg..

    Cook till nicely scrambled..

    Now add all veggeis..

    Along with salt,white pepper and vinegar.. fry for 2,3min..

    Now add boil rice and chicken powder..

    Mix well and put on dum for 5,6mins..
