  • Lucust bean
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Diced onion
  • 1tomatoes
  • Curry powder
  • Fish
  • Green onion
  • Ginger powder
  • Oil

Steps

40 minute
  1. 1

    Into a clean pot add up veg oil then add in diced onion and saute add in scotch bonnet,grated tomatoes and stir fry for 3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add stock or water add in lucust beans and allow it to boil. Before addding in the fish.into a sauce pan add some fresh fish sprinkle some salt,ginger powder,garlic powder lil water and allow it to cooked for like 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then transfer it to the pot and leave it to boil when it comes to boil add the pasta add in all the reaming ingredients and allow it cooked.until it soft.served when it hot (used plenty of water bcos it more good when it serve so watery)
