Add the flour, salt, sugar, and oil in a mixing bowl.

Combine the ingredients until the fat is well dispersed in the flour.

Now add the warm water and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is soft and smooth.

Coat it with oil, cover the bowl, and allow it to rest for 30 minutes.

Take gram flour, chopped onions, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl.

Add chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, salt and baking powder.

Mix well with spoon.

Add some water and make thick pakoda batter.

Heat oil on a pan and drop 1 spoon batter in it.

Make all pakode like this.

Fry till golden brown and crisp.

Now divide dough in 2 equal portions, make big size balls and press down to flatten.

Apply some flour and roll it to chapati 22 cm in diameter.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a flat frying pan or tava.

Add the paratha, apply some more oil and fry it on both sides until golden.

Transfer paratha in a plate.

Keep slices of carrots, onions and tomatoes on paratha.

Put onion pakode on veggies.

Spread tomato ketchup and mayonnaise on it.

Form a tight roll, making sure the filling is all enclosed within the paratha.

Wrap with a paper or aluminum foil around two-thirds part of roll and cut from middle.

Enjoy hot, tangy and tasty pakoda roll.
