Ingredients

50 minutes
8 person
  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspmustard powder
  • 1 tbspworchestershire sauce
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 4 tbspketchup
  • 1 tbspchilli garlic sauce
  • onion 1 cut in cubes
  • tomatoes remove seeds 2 cut in cubs
  • capsicum 1 large
  • bbq sauce 1/4th cup
  • oil 2tbsp for frying
  • Ingredients_for_gravy:
  • garam masala powder 3/4th tsp
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspworchestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tspmustard powder
  • 6 tbsptomato paste
  • water 3/4th cup
  • 1 1/2 tspchilli sauce
  • ketchup 3/4th cup

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add chicken and all the ingredients except vegetables and bbq sauce. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours at least.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Add the chicken. Fry for 5 minutes, then add all the vegetables and bbq sauce. Fry 5 more minutes on medium low flame or until the chicken is cooked. Don't over cook.

  3. 3

    Heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic,fry for a minute.
    Add all the seasoning mentioned.
    Let it cook on medium high flame until the consistency of gravy gets thick.

    Turn off the flame.
    Pour the gravy over cooked chicken and vegetables.
    👉Serve the chicken shashlik with rice.
