  3. 3/4 cupSugar
  4. 4Cardamom
  5. 1/2 cupWater
  6. 2 pinchOrange food colour
  7. Desiccated coconut and nuts (almonds pistachio and raisins) for garnish
  8. 1/4 cupGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a wok add cardamom fry little then add vermicellies bhonofy for 5 to 6 minutes add water and colour cook little till water dries sprinkle sugar over it leave on dum for 10 minutes garnish with nuts and serve
