  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and soak in salty water for 2 hours

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes until tender and cooked. Set aside to cool

  3. 3

    Brush with oil all round

  4. 4

    Place pan on fire, and place potatoes. Let them brown on all sides and remove

  5. 5

    Serve with stewed lentils
