Boil Pasta in a salted water add some oil into it so that it does not stick to each other...Meanwhile start sauteeing Garlic and onions and once onions losen it's raw smell add All the veggies, salt and Red chilli powder...Saute it for few minutes and add boiled pasta, Vinegar and Soy Sauce to it. Serve hot...You may garnish it with grated Paneer or Coriander leaves as well.
