  4. 1/2 cupTomato chopped
  5. 1 cupOnions chopped
  6. 2Green chillies
  7. 1/2 bunchMint leaves
  8. 1/2 inchCinnamon
  9. 4Pepper grains
  10. 3Cloves
  11. 3Cardamom
  12. 1/2 tspCoriander seeds
  13. 1/2 inchGinger
  14. 3Garlic pods
  15. 1 tspSalt
  16. 2 tspCooking oil

30minutes
  1. 1

    Keep all ingredients ready. Presure cook carrot, beans, potato. Heat oil in pan roast spices, garlic, ginger, onion1/2 cup and tomato, when it cools grinde in mixer jar.

    Grinde mint leaves also in mixer jar. Heat the oil in pan, roast onikns and cooked vegitables, put the grinded gravy to the pan with littler water -Add salt and mix well.

    Allow mix and boil well. Gravy mixed vegitable subzi is ready.
