Break eggs on a plate with a spoon, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix

Put the pan on heat,add 4 teaspoon of vegetable oil allow it to heat up, then add eggs cook for about 2 minutes, Remove the pan and put eggs on a plate.

Return the pan on heat and add 4 teaspoon of vegetable oil allow it to heat up, add onions cook for 1 minute, add carrots cook for 2 minutes then add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes.

Add eggs cook for 2 minutes, the it will be ready for surviving, if you need a soup you can add a little water then cook for 2 minutes.

You can serve with ugali, rice etc
