Ingredients

  • Pork ribs 排骨
  • Starch 淀粉
  • Femented black beans 豆豉
  • scallion 葱花
  • salt 少许盐
  • chilli 红辣椒
  • fish sauce 鱼露
  • cooking wine 料酒
  • oyster sauce 耗油
  • sugar 糖
  • peanut oil 花生油

Steps

    切小排，骨头小

  2. 2

    在排骨里加两勺淀粉抓匀，之后清水泡洗几遍

  3. 3

    将豆豉加到排骨里加葱段

  4. 4

    点盐，一勺淀粉，几滴鱼露，少许料酒，少许耗油，少许白糖

  5. 5

    手抓均匀腌制半小时

  6. 6

    腌好的排骨出来不要豆豉加入淀粉

  7. 7

    平铺在盘子底淋上花生油

  8. 8

    上锅蒸8-15分钟

  9. 9

    撒上葱花即可
