2 servings

1 packrice vermicelli, soak in warm water
2carrots. Peeled and chopped
10green beans. Divide into 4 each
3garlics. Smashed
Some water
Some salt
Some pepper
Chicken powder
Green onion. Chopped

Boil the water then add in garlics when it is boiling. Let it simmer.

Then add the carrots. Let them soften a bit.

Then add in the beans. Let them soften too.

Then add in the vermicelli, green onion and seasonings.

Taste test. Then turn off the heat when everything is ready.
