  • 1 CupBesan/gram flour
  • 1/2 CupChawal ka Aata(rice flour)
  • 1/2 SpoonAjwain (carom seeds)
  • 1/2 SpoonNamak(salt)
  • 1/4 SpoonRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 SpoonChat Masala
  • 1 PinchHing/asafoetida
  • 2 SpoonOil
  • 1 PinchBaking Soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything in water (Half Cup)
    Rest for 30 minutes
    Put in Sev Machine Maker and deep fry in oil
