Potato stuffed sandwich with green chutney

Firstly boil potatoes with salt and water upto 5 whistles. Drain excess water and keep aside to cool.down

Now peel potatoes and keep.in A big bowl. Add all the spices and finely.chopped coriander as well as green chilli. Mix well and the stuffing is ready.

Now heat A flat pan sprinkle some butter. Take A plate and place bread slice spread the stuffing evenly and generously. Place anlther slice on top and roast this on the pan.from both the sides nicely on low.flame. Cut from the centre in triangle.shape and serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Make green chutney by adding all the ingredientsbexcept lemon juice and grind in A mixer jar finely. Add lemon juice and some.water to adjust the consistency.
