Chupni tenday cheel kar dho lain aur kaat lain.

Baki ingredients ko ready kar lain.

Oil main onion ko light brown kar lain, dark nae krna warna sabzi ka colour khrab ho jata hay.

Onion light brown ho to tomato kaat kar, aur ginger garlic paste kay sath salt, chilli, huldi aur sukha dhuniya add kar dain.

1/2 cup pani add kar kay masala bhoon lain.

Jub masala bhun jaey to sabzi add krain.

Achi tr sabzi ko mix kar lain.

Ab aik cup pani daal kar dhukan day kar aadha ghanta puknay dain.

Jub pani dry ho jaey aur oil nikal aaey to chumch chula kar sabzi ko thora sa ghot lain.

Roti kay sath serve krain.
