Garden Eggs Peppered Sauce

Rinse and cook garden eggs for 8 minutes.

Strain water. Set aside.

Rinse onions and pepper. Blend in processor. We do not need it smooth. You can use blender if you know how to use it.

Pour oil In a pot, and allow to heat for a minute.

Pour in the pepper and onions. Allow to fry.

Blend cooked garden egg in processor.

Add maggi. Pour in the garden egg. Stir.

Add protein of your choice. Taste for salt. Add salt if needed.

It can be served with rice and yam.
