Cook meat with spices and seasonings till soft,pond in mortal and set aside.

In a pan,add little oil and fry pounded meat till crispy,remove from heat and set aside.

Add little oil to same pan and fry ground pepper and onion,add garlic and ginger paste,add spices and seasonings,add in your fried minced meat,stir very well and your sauce is done,add shredded cabbage and turn off the heat.Garnish with grated carrot. Serve with any dish of your choice.
