Steps

Firstly wash & soak daal for minimum 15 minutes

Meanwhile washed and cut palak (spinach)

Heat oil in a pan add garlic and cumin seeds, when golden brown (save some for garnishing)

Add tomato purée & mix it well

Add lentil with all seasoning, mix it well.
Bhonofy for couple of minutes (max 2 minutes) - 6
After a while, add palak with splash of water, mix it well, cover and cooked until full done

Bhonofy couple of second on high heat
Lastly add green chilli & turn off the stove - 8
Before serving add golden brown garlic, julienne ginger, fresh coriander & mint leaves.
