Ingredients

  • 250 gmschopped deseeded capsicum
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 1/2 tsp mustard /cumin seeds
  • 1 tbspnoil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai take oil add mustard cumin seeds. Add hing and chopped capsicum and saute.

    Add spices, sugar, salt and saute.

    Add besan and mix well and cook covered for about 2-5 mins. Stir occasionally.

    Once the masala gets combined it's done.
